Eligibility for Returns
At The Emporium Store, we accept returns only if the product is received with physical damage. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage to us immediately.
Return Window
You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your product.
Proof of Damage
To qualify for a return, please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, along with your order number.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
